<p>By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.</p>

<p>We do our best to show product colors and details accurately. Stone colors vary from bead to bead, so your bracelet may look slightly different from the photos. Sizes are approximate. Please see the size guide on the product page.</p>
<h2>Prices and offers</h2>
<p>Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Bundle and sale prices apply as shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed in error or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.</p>
<h2>Payment</h2>
<p>Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.</p>
<h2>Shipping, returns and add-ons</h2>
<p>Shipping times, returns, refunds, Shipping Protection and the 1-Year Replacement Guarantee are covered in our shipping policy and refund policy, which are part of these terms.</p>
<h2>Content</h2>
<p>All text, images and designs on this site belong to Jacob's Bracelets or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking. Scripture quotations are used for inspiration only.</p>
<h2>Reviews and messages</h2>
<p>If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to share it on our site and social media. We'll only use your first name and last initial. You can ask us to remove it at any time.</p>
<h2>Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>Our products are fashion jewelry, not religious articles blessed or certified by any church. Remove bracelets before swimming, showering or exercising. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.</p>
